Go to iforgot.apple.com
Enter your Apple ID email address
Follow the on-screen steps to verify your identity
Use your trusted phone number or trusted device to receive a verification code
Enter the verification code
Create a new password after verification
If you are signed in on a trusted device, open Settings
Tap your name
Tap Password & Security
Tap Change Password
Follow the prompts to reset the password
If you cannot access your trusted device or phone number, use account recovery at iforgot.apple.com
If needed, contact Apple Support for help with account recovery
