Open Twitch and log in to your account
Go to your Creator Dashboard
Click the Stream Manager
Find the Quick Actions panel
Select Start a Poll
Enter the poll question
Add the answer choices
Set the poll duration
Choose whether voting is free or uses channel points
Review the poll settings
Click Start Poll
