How To Do A Cartwheel?

Find a clear, open space with a soft surface if possible

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart

Raise both arms straight up

Step forward with your dominant foot

Bend at the waist and place your hands on the ground one at a time

Keep your arms straight and your fingers spread

Kick your back leg up and over

Bring your other leg up to follow

Keep your legs straight and split wide in the air

Let your body rotate sideways over your hands

Land one foot at a time

Finish standing with your arms up

Practice slowly and use a spotter if needed
