Make sure you have Nitro available in your garage or inventory
Enter a race or start a practice race
Use Nitro by activating it during the race when the boost prompt appears
Press the Nitro key or click the Nitro button if available
Time the Nitro activation for the best speed boost
Repeat in future races as long as you have Nitro remaining
Check your Nitro count after races to see how much is left
