Open your Facebook Page
Click Settings
Click Page setup or Page access
Click Page access or New Pages experience access
Click Add New or Add People
Enter the person’s name or email
Select their name from the list
Choose Admin access or Full control
Click Give access or Add
Enter your password if prompted
Ask the person to accept the invitation if required
