Open the Facebook app or go to Facebook in a web browser
Log in to your account
Go to your profile
Click or tap your current profile photo
Select Edit profile picture or Update profile picture
Choose Upload photo or Select photo
Pick a photo from your device
Adjust the crop if needed
Click or tap Save or Done
