Open Outlook
Click File
Click Account Settings
Select Account Settings again
Choose the email account
Click Change
Enter the new password
Click Next
Click Finish
Restart Outlook
If prompted, sign in with the new password
If using Outlook on the web, go to your Microsoft account security settings and change the password there
