Open the App Store on your device
Tap your profile icon
Tap your name or Apple Account
Tap Country/Region
Tap Change Country or Region
Select the new country or region
Agree to the terms and conditions
Enter a valid payment method for the new region
Enter a billing address for the new region
Tap Done to save the changes
If needed, cancel active subscriptions before changing regions
If needed, spend any remaining Apple Account balance before changing regions
