Open Facebook and log in to your account
Go to your Page
Click Settings and privacy
Click Settings
Click Page setup or Page info
Click Name
Enter your new Page name
Review the name change
Click Request change or Save changes
Wait for Facebook to review and approve the request
Check your notifications for the result
