Open Outlook and go to Calendar
Click New Meeting or New Appointment
If you have delegate access, open the meeting from the other person’s calendar
In the meeting window, go to the From field
Select the person you are creating the meeting for
If the From field is not visible, enable it from Options
Enter the meeting details
Add attendees, subject, date, time, and location
Send the meeting invite
If the other person’s calendar is shared with you, make sure you have permission to send on their behalf
If needed, ask the mailbox owner to grant delegate or send-on-behalf permissions in Outlook or Microsoft 365 admin settings
