Draw a large spiral shape starting from the center
Add several curved bands around the spiral
Make the bands wider as they move outward
Leave small gaps between some bands
Add a circular eye in the center
Darken the outer edges of the spiral
Smooth the curves to suggest wind motion
Add a few short curved lines around the storm for movement
Shade the bands lightly for depth
Erase extra sketch lines and clean up the outline
