How To Make Chocolate Mousse?

200 g dark chocolate

3 large eggs, separated

2 tablespoons sugar

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Melt the chocolate and let it cool slightly

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla

Stir the melted chocolate into the yolk mixture

Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks

Beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff peaks form

Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture

Fold in the egg whites gently

Spoon into serving cups

Chill for at least 2 hours before serving
