Connect your iPhone to your Mac with a USB cable
Unlock your iPhone and tap Trust if prompted
Open the Photos app on your Mac
Select your iPhone in the sidebar under Devices
Choose the photos you want to import
Click Import Selected or Import All New Photos
Use AirDrop on your iPhone and Mac
Select the photos in the Photos app on your iPhone
Tap Share
Tap AirDrop
Choose your Mac
Accept the transfer on your Mac
Turn on iCloud Photos on your iPhone
Turn on iCloud Photos on your Mac
Wait for photos to sync automatically
Use Image Capture on your Mac
Connect your iPhone to your Mac
Open Image Capture
Select your iPhone
Choose a destination folder
Click Import
Use Finder if your iPhone is set to allow photo access
Connect your iPhone to your Mac
Open Finder
Select your iPhone in the sidebar
Browse available photos and copy them to your Mac
