Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
If it is not installed, check whether your device supports Google Play services
Open the device’s Settings app

Find and enable Google Play Store if it is disabled
Find and enable Google Play Services if it is disabled
Update your device software to the latest version
Connect to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network
Open a web browser and go to the official Google Play Store website
Sign in with your Google account
If your device does not have Play Store, install Google Mobile Services only from the device manufacturer or official source
Restart your device after installation or updates
Open the Play Store and accept any required terms
Clear cache and data for Google Play Store if it does not open
Clear cache and data for Google Play Services if needed
Remove and re-add your Google account if sign-in fails
Contact your device manufacturer if the Play Store is not supported on your device
