How To Pan Fry Salmon Fish?

Pat the salmon dry with paper towels

Season both sides with salt and pepper

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat

Add a small amount of oil to the pan

Place the salmon skin-side down if it has skin

Press gently for a few seconds to keep it flat

Cook without moving until the skin is crisp

Flip the salmon carefully

Cook the other side until done

Remove from the pan and let rest briefly

Serve immediately
