Open Life360 on your phone
Tap the Settings icon
Select the Circle you want to pause
Turn off Location Sharing
Disable Background App Refresh for Life360
Turn off Location Services for Life360 in your phone settings
Enable Airplane Mode
Turn off Wi-Fi and mobile data
Sign out of the Life360 app
Delete the app from your device
Ask your Circle admin to remove your location sharing
Contact Life360 support for account-related changes
