Open Neo Finder
Go to Neo Finder Preferences
Click Search or Search Options
Disable Search Keywords in File Names
Uncheck Include File Names in Search Keywords
Save the changes
Restart...
Open NeoFinder
Go to NeoFinder Preferences
Click the Search or Cataloging section
Disable the option to include search keywords in file names
If needed, uncheck any related option...
