Open the Files app
Tap Browse
Select On My iPhone
Select iCloud Drive
Tap a folder to open it
Use Search to find a file
Tap a file to open it
Use Recents to view recently accessed files
Open a file from Mail, Messages, or Safari by tapping the attachment or download
Use the Share button to save a file to Files
Connect to external storage in Files if supported
Use third-party cloud apps in Files if enabled
