Open a web browser and go to iCloud.com
Sign in with your Apple ID
Click Photos
View, download, or share your photos
On iPhone or iPad, open the Photos app
Make sure iCloud Photos is turned on in Settings
On Mac, open the Photos app
Sign in with the same Apple ID
On Windows, install iCloud for Windows
Sign in and enable Photos
Access photos from any device using the same Apple ID
