Click anywhere inside the PivotTable
Go to the PivotTable Analyze or Options tab
Select Fields, Items, & Sets
Click Calculated Field
Enter a name for the calculated field
In the Formula box, enter the calculation using PivotTable field names
Click Add or OK
Click OK to insert the calculated field
Refresh the PivotTable if needed
Use the new calculated field from the PivotTable Field List
