Select the cell where you want the bullet
Press Alt+7 on the numeric keypad
Press Alt+0149 on the numeric keypad
Type the bullet symbol by copying and pasting it: •
Use Insert > Symbol and choose the bullet character
Use a formula like =CHAR(149)&” text” for a bullet in a cell
Turn on Wrap Text if you want multiple bullet lines in one cell
Use Alt+Enter to add a new line within the same cell
Repeat the bullet symbol at the start of each line
Use a custom number format if you want bullets to appear automatically
