Select any cell inside the PivotTable
Go to the PivotTable Analyze or Options tab
Click Fields, Items, & Sets
Choose Calculated Field
Enter a name for the calculated field
Enter the formula using PivotTable field names
Click Add or OK
Click OK to insert the calculated field
Refresh the PivotTable if needed
Use the new calculated field in the Values area
