Use the Sun Direct mobile app or website, if available, to add channels
Send the channel or pack code via SMS if your account supports it
Visit the nearest Sun Direct dealer or service center
Use the Sun Direct set-top box menu to check available add-on packs
Select the desired channels or packs and confirm the subscription
Ensure your account has sufficient balance or recharge amount
Wait for activation after the request is processed
Restart the set-top box if the channels do not appear immediately
