Open Instagram and tap the plus icon to create a new post, Story, Reel, or Message
For Stories, tap the sticker icon and select the GIF sticker
Search for a GIF using the GIPHY library
Tap the GIF you want to add
Resize, move, or rotate the GIF as needed
For Reels, add GIFs by using stickers or importing GIF-like animations from your device if supported
For DMs, tap the sticker or GIF icon in the chat and choose a GIF
For posts, use a GIF as a video or convert it to a supported format before uploading
Tap Share, Post, or Send to publish the content
