Open Instagram and tap the plus icon
Select Post
Choose the photo or video you want to upload
Tap Next
Tap Add music or Audio
Select Original Audio if it appears
If needed, record or upload a video with the sound you want to use
Make sure the audio is not muted on the device or in the video file
Edit the post and tap Next
Add your caption and other details
Tap Share
If Original Audio does not appear, publish the post with the sound in the video itself
Use a video editing app to add your own audio before uploading
Keep the video public if you want others to use the original audio
Check that your Instagram app is updated to the latest version
