Open the photo editing app or tool
Import the base photo
Select the option to add or insert an image
Choose the second photo from your device
Drag the second photo onto the base photo
Resize the second photo as needed
Position the second photo where you want it
Adjust opacity or blending if available
Crop or mask the added photo if needed
Save or export the final image
