Open your Google Slides presentation
Select the slide where you want to add a picture
Click Insert in the top menu
Click Image
Choose an image source:
Upload from computer
Search the web
Drive
Photos
By URL
Camera
Select the picture you want to add
Click Insert or Open
Resize the picture by dragging the corners
Move the picture to the desired position on the slide
