Select your chart
Click the chart elements button or right-click the data series you want to move
Choose Format Data Series
Select Secondary Axis
Close the pane
If needed, go to Chart Design and choose Change Chart Type
Set the chart type for each series if required
Adjust the axis scale and formatting as needed
