How To Add Shared Inbox To Outlook?

Open Outlook

Go to File

Select Account Settings

Choose Account Settings again

Select your email account

Click Change

Click More Settings

Open the Advanced tab

Under Mailboxes, click Add

Enter the shared inbox name or email address

Click OK

Click Apply

Click OK

Restart Outlook

If needed, go to File

Select Open & Export

Click Other User’s Folder

Enter the shared mailbox name or email address

Click OK
