Type the person’s name or username
Open their profile
Tap Follow
If you want to share your profile, open your profile and copy your profile link
Send the link to the person
If you want to add them to a collaborative playlist, open the playlist
Tap the menu
Select Invite collaborators
Send the invite link to the person
