Open VTube Studio
Load your model
Open the settings menu
Go to the Items or Item Store section
Download or import a throwable item
Add the item to your scene
Enable physics if needed
Assign the item to a hotkey or trigger
Use the hotkey or trigger to spawn the throwable
Drag or toss the item in the scene
Adjust item size, position, and behavior in the item settings
Save your item setup if desired
