Sign in to YouTube Studio
Select Content from the left menu
Click the video you want to edit
In the Details page, go to the Thumbnail section
Choose an auto-generated thumbnail or click Upload thumbnail
Select your custom thumbnail image from your device
Make sure the image meets YouTube’s thumbnail requirements
Click Save
