Open the ticket email, app, or website
Look for the Add to Apple Wallet button
Tap Add to Apple Wallet
Review the ticket details
Tap Add in the top-right corner
Open the Wallet app to confirm the ticket is saved
If no Apple Wallet option appears, check whether the ticket provider supports Wallet passes
If needed, update your iPhone to the latest iOS version
Make sure you are signed in with your Apple ID
Contact the ticket provider if the ticket still cannot be added
