Open PowerPoint and go to the slide where you want the video
Click the Insert tab
Select Video
Choose Online Video or This Device
If using Online Video, paste the YouTube video link or embed code
If using This Device, download the YouTube video first and select the file
Click Insert
Resize and position the video on the slide
Use the Playback tab to set play options if needed
Save the PowerPoint file
