Pat the wings dry
Toss wings with salt, pepper, and any desired seasoning
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F
Place wings in a single layer in the basket
Air fry for 24 to 28 minutes
Flip or shake the basket halfway through
Increase temperature to 400°F for the last 5 minutes for extra crispiness
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
Toss with sauce if desired
Serve immediately
