Wash your hands before and after use

Lie down or get into a comfortable position
Gently insert the applicator into the vagina if directed
Push the plunger to release the gel
Remove the applicator carefully
Clean the applicator if reusable, or discard if disposable
Use the gel exactly as prescribed by your doctor
Apply it at the same time each day if instructed
Avoid using more than the recommended amount
Avoid sexual intercourse unless your doctor says it is okay
Avoid douching or using other vaginal products unless advised
Seek medical advice if irritation, burning, or symptoms worsen
