Start with clean, moisturized eyelids
Apply an eyeshadow primer or concealer
Set the primer with a light neutral powder
Choose your eyeshadow colors
Apply a transition shade to the crease
Add a medium shade to the outer corner and crease
Pack a darker shade on the outer lid if desired
Apply a shimmer or light shade to the center of the lid
Blend the edges with a clean brush
Highlight the inner corner and brow bone
Apply eyeliner if desired
Finish with mascara
Clean up any fallout with a brush or makeup wipe
