Complete biometric or OTP-based verification
Submit required details such as name, age, address, and family information
Verify the beneficiary status in the PM-JAY database
If eligible, get the Ayushman card generated
Download or collect the Ayushman card from the center
Keep the card safe for future hospital treatment
