Fill out the duplicate driving license application form
Submit a copy of the FIR or police complaint if the license was lost, stolen, or damaged
Provide proof of identity and proof of address
Attach passport-size photographs if required
Submit the original damaged driving license, if available
Pay the prescribed duplicate license fee
Complete biometric verification or document verification if asked
Receive the acknowledgement receipt or application number
Track the application status online or at the RTO
Collect the duplicate driving license after approval or receive it by post, if applicable
