Rinse 1/2 cup of rice thoroughly
Soak the rice in 2 to 3 cups of water for 30 minutes
Strain the rice and collect the water
Shampoo your hair first if needed
Pour or spray the rice water onto your scalp and hair
Massage your scalp gently for 2 to 5 minutes
Leave it on for 10 to 20 minutes
Rinse your hair thoroughly with plain water
Apply conditioner if desired
Use 1 to 2 times per week
