Download or create your Minecraft skin file in PNG format
Open the Minecraft Launcher
Sign in to your Minecraft account
Go to the Skins tab
Click New Skin or Browse
Select your skin PNG file
Choose the model type: Classic or Slim
Save the skin
Select the skin from your list
Launch Minecraft to use the skin
