How To Archive Emails In Outlook?

Open Outlook

Select the email or folder you want to archive

Click Archive on the toolbar

Or right-click the email and choose Archive

To archive multiple emails, select them first and then click Archive

To archive an entire folder, right-click the folder and choose Archive if available

To use AutoArchive, go to File

Select Options

Click Advanced

Under AutoArchive, click AutoArchive Settings

Set your archive preferences

Click OK

To access archived emails, open the Archive folder or the archive .pst file if used
