Open Steam and go to Help
Click Steam Support
Select the purchase you want refunded
Click I would like a refund
Choose the reason for the refund request
Select how you want the refund returned
Submit the refund request
Wait for Steam’s response by email or in your support history
Make sure the request is within Steam’s refund window
Make sure the game has not exceeded Steam’s refund playtime limit
