Back up photos and videos with Google Photos
Open Google Photos
Tap your profile icon
Tap Photos settings
Tap Backup
Turn on Backup
Back up files to a computer
Connect your phone to a PC with a USB cable
Select File transfer on the phone
Copy photos, videos, and files to the computer
Back up to an SD card if available
Open My Files
Select the files you want to save
Move or copy them to the SD card
Use Smart Switch on a computer
Install Smart Switch on the computer
Connect the phone with a USB cable
Open Smart Switch
Select Backup
