Preheat the oven to the temperature listed on the cookie dough package or recipe
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
Place frozen cookie dough balls on the baking sheet with space between them
Do not thaw the dough unless the recipe specifically says to
Bake for the recommended time, adding a few extra minutes if needed
Check for lightly golden edges and set centers
Remove from the oven and let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes
Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely
