Rinse the pumpkin seeds and remove any pulp
Pat the seeds completely dry
Toss the seeds with a little oil and salt
Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes
Remove when the seeds are golden and crisp
Let the seeds cool before eating
