How To Bake Tofu?

Preheat the oven to 400°F to 425°F

Press the tofu for 15 to 30 minutes to remove excess moisture

Cut the tofu into cubes, slabs, or triangles

Pat the tofu dry with paper towels

Toss the tofu with oil, salt, and seasonings

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it

Spread the tofu in a single layer with space between pieces

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through

Bake longer for firmer, crispier tofu

Remove from the oven when golden and crisp

Serve immediately or add to sauces and dishes
