Enable Dark Mode on your phone
Open Instagram
Go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Select Settings and privacy
Tap Accessibility or Theme
Choose Dark mode or Use system settings
If available, set your phone to Dark Mode in device settings
Update Instagram to the latest version if the option is missing
