Tap Next
Set the time limit to 1 minute

Turn on Content & Privacy Restrictions
Tap Allowed Apps or App Store Purchases
Restrict installing or deleting apps as needed
Open Settings
Tap Screen Time
Tap Always Allowed
Remove the app if it appears there
Open Settings
Tap Screen Time
Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
Tap Content Restrictions
Restrict apps by age rating if needed
Use Guided Access for temporary app blocking
Open the app
Triple-click the Side button
Tap Start
Enter the passcode to end Guided Access
