How To Block An Email Address In Outlook?

Open Outlook

Right-click the email from the sender you want to block

Select Junk

Select Block Sender

Confirm if prompted

To block from settings, go to Settings

Select Mail

Select Junk email

Add the email address or domain to the blocked senders list

Save your changes
